  How To Order, Payment & Delivery information

All payments are safest through PayPal, however, should you wish to send a cheque a period of time will have to be allowed for clearance of cheque.

Goods are delivered weekdays between 9am-6pm. Please ensure that we have your correct address and a telephone number in case we need to contact you.

We have large stocks of all the items on offer in our warehouse but if sometimes we are out of stock, you will immediately be advised by e-mail or telephone, if the item you ordered can not be delivered immediately.

Our carriers will only leave goods when they have a signature for the items sent.

We normally deliver within 7 days of order received, should you require an overnight delivery please contact our office.

Goods not delivered
Please ensure that you have given us your correct address and a day that goods can be received, as there will be a further carriage charge for un-received goods that have to be delivered for a second time.

Goods sent are received damaged
Please contact our office within 24 hours. Outside this time will not be accepted.

I am unhappy with goods you have sent me.
Please contact our office, we will be pleased to exchange or refund. Under these circumstances the purchaser will have to pay the carriage for the returned goods or exchanged goods. Refund payment will be made in the same way as goods purchased.

Q. What times are you open for business?
A. Our website is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, our office is open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm

Q. Are all the items micro wave and dishwasher safe.
A. The answer is yes but you must not take dishes from a refrigerator and then heat.

Q. Can I have next day delivery?
A. If you call our office we will be pleased to advise you.
